There are two proposed amendments, which may result in the need to amend two or three CDBG Annual Action Plans. The document below - "Substantial Amendment - Funds Available" - lists the outstanding projects/projects with CDBG funds that could be reallocated to another project. The FY 2022, FY 2023, and FY 2024 CDBG Action Plan allocations are provided for additional information.
Relief Nursery request for Funding
Relief Nursery has submitted a request to the City, requesting CDBG funds toward the new construction of an addition to their existing building. They have submitted a proposal in line with the CDBG application. For evaluation of the proposal, please review Sections II. and Section IV. of the CDBG application form. An evaluation worksheet is provided.

Stormwater Post-Construction Requirements Update
The purpose of the Stormwater Post-Construction Requirements Update is to amend the Springfield Development Code and the Engineering Design Standards and Procedures Manual (EDSPM) to comply with the City’s requirements to regulate post-construction site runoff and minimize barriers to low impact development and green infrastructure under the City’s Municipal Seperate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Permit.
