The Springfield Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee, established in 2011, is a volunteer group that advises the Springfield City Council, Planning Commission, and city staff on bicycle and pedestrian matters. The Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee comprises nine voting members and four ex-officio liaisons who meet bimonthly or as needed. Morgan Driggs, the Planning Commission Liaison on the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC), will provide an update on recent activities and accomplishments of the BPAC from calendar year 2025 and share some of the committee's focus areas for 2026 and beyond.
