Draft project lists have been prepared for the City of Springfield's 2027-2031 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). The CIP is a five-year Community Reinvestment Plan that describes the near-term program for funding, evaluation, and construction of City-owned and operated facilities. The Planning Commission is holding a public hearing on the draft project lists and will provide a recommendation to the City Council.
