Staff have prepared draft project lists for the City's 2027-2031 Capital Improvement Program, a Community Reinvestment Plan. Staff will bring the CIP back to the Planning Commission January 6th for a recommendation to forward to the City Council. The project lists are structured into current budget and completed projects, proposed projects with detailed project sheets, and unfunded needs. These items are detailed in the attached Memorandum and staff will review the lists with the Commission.
