Glenwood Riverfront Amendments
Work session presentation intends to orient the Planning Commission to the proposed amendments associated with the Glenwood Riverfront Master Plan project prior to the public hearing on September 16th. The applicant proposes to reconfigure existing zoning within the Glenwood Riverfront Master Plan area, amend the development code to foster master planned development, and amend the Glenwood Refinement plan text and designations to align with the two previously stated amendments.
