The City Attorney's Office is proposing an updated version of the CDAC bylaws. Highlighted in green is language taken verbatim or nearly verbatim from the current bylaws. Other aspects of the proposed bylaws not highlighted are taken from the City's standard Bylaws template language. The added language about subcommittees that differs from the CDAC’s current bylaws is consistent with subcommittee language that the City Attorney's Office has recommended for other City Board, Committees and Commissions who are using the updated Bylaws template. The proposed update highlighted in yellow in Article IV. Officers was initiated by the CDAC.
