Public Comment is accepted prior the the February 13, 2024 Bicycle & Pedestrian Advisory Committee Meeting and will be read into the record at the beginning of the meeting. In person public comment is also permitted at the beginning of each meeting, however, comment is limited to 3 minutes or at the discretion of the Chair; the public is not allowed to participate outside the public comment period.
